このページでは、Komado（以下「本サービス」）の Web 予約ページをご利用になるお客様の情報を、どのように取り扱うかを説明します。
1. 本サービスの役割
本サービスは、個人サロンなどのお店（以下「お店」）が、お客様からのご予約をブラウザで受け付けるための仕組みです。お客様が予約ページに入力した内容は、受け付けたその場で、ご予約先のお店だけが持つ鍵で暗号化し（HPKE 方式）、お店の端末（Komado アプリ）に届けます。
本サービスの運営者（以下「運営者」）は、暗号化を処理している間を除いて入力内容を扱わず、暗号化されたものを一時的に預かるだけです。暗号化を解く鍵はお店の端末にしかないため、運営者が中身を読むことはできません。暗号化していない状態で保存することもありません。
2. 取得する情報
お客様が入力する情報
お名前、ふりがな、電話番号またはメールアドレス（どちらか一方）、ご要望と、選んだメニュー・オプション・日時です。これらは暗号化してお店に届けます。
予約状況のページの記録
受付後にお渡しする予約状況のページを表示するために、予約の状態（受付中・確定・キャンセルなど）、日時、メニュー名を保存します。この記録に、お名前・連絡先・ご要望は含みません。予約状況のページは、その URL を知っている人だけが開けます。
お客様の端末に覚える情報
お客様のブラウザに、次の情報を保存します。Cookie は使いません。ブラウザのサイトデータを消すと、すべて消えます。
- この端末からのご予約（localStorage）: 予約状況のページを開くための番号、ご来店の日時、メニュー名と所要時間、確定したかどうか。お店のページを開いたときに最新の状態を表示するため、予約状況のページを開くための番号を予約サーバーに送ります（予約状況のページを開くときと同じ扱いです）。
- お店の名前と電話番号（localStorage）: 予約ページにつながらないときに、お電話をご案内するためです。
- 表示する言語（localStorage）
- 入力中のご予約（sessionStorage）: お名前・ふりがな・連絡先・ご要望と、選んだメニュー・日時。ページを読み込み直しても入力が消えないようにするためです。送信すると消え、送信しなくてもタブを閉じると消えます。
これらは、上に書いた予約状況の確認のほかは、運営者やお店には送りません。
アクセスに伴う情報
不正な送信を防ぎ、サービスを安定して動かすために、送信元の IP アドレスと送信の回数を一時的に扱います（IP アドレスごとの回数制限）。また、機械的な送信を防ぐために Cloudflare Turnstile を使っており、確認のために Cloudflare がブラウザの情報を扱います。予約ページに、外部のアクセス解析や広告のタグは置いていません。
3. 利用目的
- お店へのご予約を受け付け、暗号化した内容をお店に届けるため
- 予約状況のページで、ご予約の状態をお客様にお知らせするため
- 不正な送信や機械的な送信を防ぎ、サービスを安定して動かすため
これ以外の目的（広告、分析、第三者への提供など）には使いません。
4. 保存期間
- 暗号化された予約の内容: お店の端末が受け取ると削除します。受け取られなかった場合も、受け付けから最長 60 日で削除します。
- 予約状況のページの記録: ご来店日から 90 日で削除します。
- IP アドレスなどアクセスに伴う情報: 回数制限と不具合の調査に必要な短い期間だけ扱います。
5. 個人情報の取扱事業者とお問い合わせ先
ご予約で集めた個人情報の取扱事業者は、ご予約先のお店です。お店の端末に届いたあとの情報は、お店の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit のプライベートデータベース）に保存され、お店の責任のもとで取り扱われます。
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除などのご請求や、ご予約の内容についてのお問い合わせは、ご予約先のお店へお願いします。
運営者は、お店からの委託を受けて、ご予約の受け付け・暗号化・お店への受け渡しを行う立場です。お客様の情報は暗号化された状態でのみ一時的に預かり、暗号化を解く鍵を持たないため、運営者が中身を開示・訂正することはできません。
6. 外部のサービスと国外のサーバー
本サービスは、次の外部サービスを使っています。これらのサーバーは日本国外にもあり、情報が国外のサーバーを経由すること、または国外で保存されることがあります。

お問い合わせフォームは Google LLC の Google フォームで受け付けています。入力された情報（お名前、返信先のメールアドレス、お問い合わせの内容など）は、お問い合わせへの回答のためだけに使い、法令に基づく場合を除いて第三者に提供しません。対応が終わり必要がなくなった情報は削除します。
個別のご予約の内容についてのお問い合わせは、ご予約先のお店へお願いします。

This page explains how information about customers who use the Komado online booking page (the "Service") is handled.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets small shops such as independent salons (each, the "Shop") take bookings from their customers in a web browser. What you enter on the booking page is encrypted the moment it is received, with a key that only the Shop you are booking with holds (HPKE), and delivered to the Shop's devices (the Komado app).
The operator of the Service (the "Operator") handles what you entered only while encrypting it, and then holds it only in encrypted form, for a short time. Because the key that decrypts it exists only on the Shop's devices, the Operator cannot read it. It is never stored unencrypted.
2. Information we handle
What you enter
Your name, its reading (furigana), either a phone number or an email address, your requests, and the menus, options, date and time you chose. These are encrypted and delivered to the Shop.
The booking status record
To show the booking status page (the link you receive after booking), we keep the booking's state (pending, confirmed, cancelled and so on), its date and time, and the menu names. This record does not include your name, contact details or requests. The status page can be opened only by someone who has its URL.
What is kept on your device
Your browser keeps the following. No cookies are used. All of it is removed when you clear the site's data in your browser.
- Your bookings from this device (localStorage): the code that opens each booking's status page, the visit date and time, the menu name and length, and whether it was confirmed. When you open the Shop's page, the code is sent to the booking server to show the latest status (as when you open the status page).
- The Shop's name and phone number (localStorage): to show you the number when the booking page cannot be reached.
- Your chosen language (localStorage)
- A booking you are filling in (sessionStorage): your name, its reading, contact details, requests, and the menus and time chosen, so that reloading the page does not lose them. Removed once you send it, and when you close the tab even if you do not.
Apart from checking a booking's status as above, none of this is sent to the Operator or the Shop.
Access information
To prevent abuse and keep the Service running, we temporarily handle the IP address a submission comes from and how many submissions it has made (a per-IP rate limit). Cloudflare Turnstile is used to block automated submissions; Cloudflare processes browser information to perform that check. The booking page carries no third-party analytics or advertising tags.
3. Purposes
- To take your booking and deliver it, encrypted, to the Shop
- To show you the state of your booking on the status page
- To prevent abusive or automated submissions and keep the Service running
Information is not used for any other purpose, such as advertising, analytics or sharing with third parties.
4. Retention
- Encrypted booking details: deleted once the Shop's device has received them. Anything never received is deleted no later than 60 days after it was submitted.
- Booking status records: deleted 90 days after the visit date.
- IP addresses and other access information: handled only for the short time needed for rate limiting and troubleshooting.
5. Who is responsible for your personal information
The Shop you book with is the business that handles the personal information collected through your booking (the "personal information handling business operator" under Japanese law). Once delivered to the Shop's devices, it is stored in the Shop's own iCloud (Apple's CloudKit private database) and handled under the Shop's responsibility.
Requests to access, correct or delete your information, and any questions about your booking, should be directed to the Shop you booked with.
The Operator acts on the Shop's behalf, as a processor entrusted with receiving, encrypting and delivering bookings. The Operator holds your information only in encrypted form, for a short time, and has no key to decrypt it, so it cannot disclose or correct its contents.
6. Third-party services and servers outside Japan
The Service relies on the services below. Their servers are located outside Japan as well, so your information may pass through or be stored on servers outside Japan.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): serving the booking page, receiving and encrypting bookings, blocking automated submissions with Turnstile, and rate limiting. Cloudflare's privacy policy

The contact form is run on Google Forms (Google LLC). What you enter there (your name, an email address to reply to, your message) is used only to answer you and is not given to third parties except as required by law. It is deleted once it is no longer needed.
